
Susie is a freelance journalist based in Bristol, UK.
​
She writes for a number of publications, including Bristol24/7, CLUNK Magazine, Panelle, The New Feminist, and Bruadarach Music. So far, her work has specialised in music and feminist journalism, crafting opinion pieces, live music reviews and conducting interviews with members of the Bristol community and beyond. She also has a Substack blog: Tunes for the Taking, where she explores her more personal connection with music.

She has worked in an editorial capacity for numerous organisations, notably acting as President & Editor-in-Chief for That's What She Said Magazine, along with acting as the Music Subeditor for Epigram Newspaper and being selected as the Editor for Bristol24/7's Student Guide 2024.
​
With leadership experience, media law training, event coordination, and competence in softwares including Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Ghost, Canva, and InDesign, she is always keen to take on new projects and continue learning new things.
​
Susie is a BA Classical Studies graduate from the University of Bristol and is studying for her MA Journalism at UWE Bristol this year.​​​
